Privacy policy
How Antagon International Lda collects, uses and protects your personal data, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD).
The short version
- We collect your data only with your permission, and use it to match you with jobs and to run our business.
- We share it with client companies for recruitment, and with authorities where the law requires it. Nobody else.
- You can see it, correct it, object to it or have it deleted at any time by emailing CV @ antagon.pt.
- You can withdraw consent whenever you like, and complain to the CNPD if you're unhappy with how we've handled it.

1. Who processes your data
Personal data you give to Antagon International Lda is processed by the company itself. Antagon International Lda is the entity responsible for the personal data it collects.
2. Why we collect it
We collect personal data with your express permission, and use it for:
- Administering and managing the legal, contractual and commercial relationships you have with us
- Meeting our legal obligations under Portuguese law and under contract, including tax law
- Promoting our services and job offers through electronic communication channels and our official social media channels, including Facebook
3. What we collect
The categories of personal data we collect and process are appropriate to the purposes described above, and no wider.
4. Who we share it with
Your data may be passed to the following, in order to meet legal and regulatory obligations and the purposes above, with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards in place:
- The Tax and Customs Authority and other regulatory bodies
- Supervisory and regulatory entities under applicable law
- Our client companies, for recruitment and selection
- Service providers and subcontractors acting on our behalf
Beyond this, we do not transfer your personal data to any third party. If a legitimate reason to do so arises, we will tell you the purpose and who the recipient is.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as is appropriate for the purposes it was collected for, or until you exercise your right to object, rectify or cancel — unless we are required to keep it to meet a legal obligation or to exercise our rights in a legal defence.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, free of charge, and to ask us to restrict, correct, object to or delete it — for example if it is inaccurate or no longer needed. You can withdraw your consent at any time; doing so does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
7. Moving your data
You can ask us to transfer your data to another controller, and we will do so using the technical means available to us. We may retain only the personal data necessary to exercise our rights in judicial or administrative proceedings.
8. Consent
Your express, unequivocal and clear consent to us collecting and processing your data may be given by any durable means, including electronically.
9. Business clients
Everything above applies equally to our business clients, where personal data is collected in the course of our commercial relationship.
10. Changes to this policy
We may review and update this policy. Any changes will be published here.
